BRC Offering Guatemala El Injerto as Weeklong Special Seasonal Coffee

This week (August 24-30) at Brooklyn Roasting Company, we are proud to offer the renowned Guatemala El Injerto as our Seasonal Coffee at each of our cafes.  This year's first place Pacamara Cup of Excellence winner, El Injerto boasts a beautifully flora aroma, citrus acidity and subtle spiciness that lends its way to vanilla notes. El Injerto is Rainforest Alliance certified. The farm is located in the municipality of La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala with a total extension of 720 ha, including 470ha of natural rainforest which surrounds the coffee plantation and forms an ideal micro-climate for the cultivation.
