A statistical analysis of 127 studies published in the Annual Review of Nutrition, has brought new details on the health benefits of enjoying coffee.  According to the meta-analysis, as reported by Inc., the consensus of these studies is that coffee:

  1. Reduces your risk of cancer up to 20 percent.
  2. Reduces your risk of Type 2 diabetes by 30 percent.
  3. Reduces your risk of Parkinson’s disease by 30 percent.
  4. Reduces your risk for heart disease by 5 percent.

That is enough to qualify coffee as a superfood!
