BRC Halloween Costume Party Phog
On Halloween night we opened the 25 Jay Street doors to our friends in the neighborhood for our first ever Halloween Costume Party. Here are some photos from a fun evening.
Decaffeinated Peru

Sumatra
From a cooperative in the Gayo Mountain region comes this dark roasted bean with hints of black licorice and anise and a bold finish. Strictly for more experienced coffee connoisseurs. 1 lb. valve bag
Rwanda
This washed Arabica bean from a small cooperative in central Africa offers milk-chocolate notes, with some lemony citrus. Adding milk lends a silky, caramel layer to the flavor. 12 oz valve bag
Iris Espresso
A barista-friendly blend of three distinctive beans (Peru, Sumatra, and Ethiopian Sidamo) roasted together in small batches. Pulled properly, this coffee is soft and creamy, with a deep russet crema and chocolate-berry flavor and finish. Also delicious in a presspot or pourover. A worthy complement to most desserts. 1 lb. valve bag
